Our streetwear sizing guide for Asians will help you find the best fit.Our streetwear sizing guide for Asians is a compilation of information and tips from streetwear community threads and experienced buyers.In this edition of the sizing guide, we home in on some of the most popular streetwear brands – Supreme, Palace, Kith, Pleasures, Noah, Off-White, FOG Essentials, and Palm Angels.Before we finally get to it, a word of caution: this guide aims to give you an idea of what definitely will or won’t fit. You’ll have to factor your preferred fit (e.g., true to size or oversized) and size up or down accordingly. Check out the only streetwear sizing guide for Asians you’ll need below.SupremeKey tip: Supreme’s Fall/Winter 2017 drops saw cotton tees arriving in sizes bigger than that of previous seasons’. Those who have been sizing up for drops that arrived between 2014 to Spring/Summer 2017 should not size up for the FW17 releases onwards.FAQ 1: I generally wear a medium. What size should I get for Supreme?Answer: Go TTS (“true to size”) for tee collections pre-2014 and for FW17 drops onwards. Size up to a large for collections that dropped between 2014 and Spring/Summer 2017.FAQ 2: What about the sizing for other types of tees, hoodies, and jackets?Answer: Since the size change mentioned in the key tip above affects only cotton tees, we recommend sticking to TTS for the “cut and sew” tees, hoodies, sweatshirts and jackets. Also worth a read is this.PalaceKey tip: Compared to the sizing of Supreme drops from 2014-SS 2017, Palace apparel has been known to be half a size bigger. But, with Supreme sizing up its gear from the FW17 drops onwards, the sizing of both brands are now similar.FAQ: I’m a medium for Supreme FW17 cotton tees.
What size should I get for Palace tees?Answer: As mentioned in the key tip, the sizing for both brands are now more similar, so get a medium for Palace apparel as well. Note, however, that Palace tees come with bigger sleeves, so the fit is looser around the arms. Also, you might want to size down for Palace’s “cut and sew” tees as they fit bigger compared to printed tees.KithKey tip: Kith apparel tends to run big. If you are usually a medium, size down to a small for the best fit. It’s also worth remembering that Kith collaborates regularly with other brands, so sizes may vary where it comes to these cross-brand collab pieces, but that’s where the additional resource below comes in very handy.Additional resource: These archived are especially useful. Size up if you prefer more room, also just in case it shrinks after washing.FAQ: I usually wear medium for Supreme tees.
Is the sizing similar for Supreme and Noah?Answer: Compared to Supreme, Noah has a slimmer cut by a few centimeters on everything. Stick TTS if you prefer a fitted look. Otherwise, you can size up to a large for a slightly oversized look.Off-WhiteKey tip: Off-White pieces are notoriously oversized. But sizing on recent collections is relatively TTS although it varies from collection to collection. If you’re copping new arrivals online, be sure to check the exact product measurements which you can easily find on.FAQ: I usually wear a champion medium for a nice fit but I like an oversized fit so I sometimes go with a large.Answer: Older Off-White pieces fit bigger than usual.
A galaxy hoodie from 2017 in size S fits like an L/XL. But with the sizing for newer seasons now TTS especially for hoodies, go with your usual medium size. You can afford to size up to a large for extra room.FOG EssentialsKey tip: Jerry Lorenzo’s key aesthetic is drapey and oversized which is evident from his mainline collection to the affordable sub-label, FOG Essentials. Hence, it’s essential to include the brand in our streetwear sizing guide for Asians. If you’re styling it the way it’s intended to be, go TTS or else size down for a tighter fit for the signature logo tee.FAQ: Does the photo tee run on the same size?Answer: The photo tee’s sizing is smaller compared to the logo stamp tee. Go up a size if you’re looking to maintain the oversized fit.Palm AngelsKey tip: Palm Angels employ an Asian-friendly cutting.
Essentially, slim cut but not too fitted. Only the tees with the neck logo are slightly boxy and oversized. You’re safe to stick TTS but you’ll need to go one or two sizes up depending on your preferred oversized look.
